Straightforward Call Forwarding

This feature allows calls to be easily forwarded to any UK landline or mobile phone number. Calls can be forwarded immediately or after a delay. Call forwarding settings can be quickly changed online.

The forwarding function is available without setup or service fees. Forwarded calls will be charged at the per minute call rate that applies to the chosen forwarding destination. Forwarded calls are not included in our call packages or the monthly sipgate1000 minute package.

It’s the middle of the month! Can I book a new feature right now?

You can add features to your sipgate basic account at any time! With features that include a monthly fee, this is automatically pro-rated for the first month and you only pay for the days left until the end of the month.

Where can I see my currently active account features?

When you’re logged in to your sipgate basic account, you’ll find a “My Features” tab in the Feature Store, which lists all active account features and call packages.

How do I book a feature?

Adding a feature to your account is simple: Please select the feature in our Feature Store and click on “Book now”. After completing the booking process you’ll immediately find the new feature available in your account.

Is there really no contract lock-in?

Features can be cancelled at any time with a single click in your account. For most features the cancellation is immediate. Cancelled call packages remain active until the end of the current billing period and are not renewed in the following month.
